Welcome back to Irene’s Crazy Town, where insane workouts are the order of the day, every day.

Today’s special: The Ab Attack Workout. Abs are the most popular workout request I get, mostly because both men AND women  focus heavily on this area. We all want to be able to don that bikini and show off that six-pack. Well, this routine consist of 21 minutes of pure ab work. That’s right! You want a stronger core, you’ve come to the right place!

For this workout there are 7 exercises – 50 minutes of work, with a 10 second break in between. You will repeat the circuit 3 times (twice if you are a NOOB). That’s it. Think you can hang???

  1. Plank Walk Out Push Ups
  2. Straight Leg to Elbow Crunch (right leg)
  3. Straight Leg to Elbow Crunch (left leg)
  4. Plank Shoulder Taps
  5. V-Ups
  6. Seated Flutterkicks
  7. Spiderman Plank
