Cardio Kickboxing – a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This is an intense total-body workout that will improve overall strength, cardiac output, aerobic fitness and coordination. A 45-minute workout can burn between 500-750 calories.
Insanity – INSANITY’s high-intensity activity forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a higher capacity than traditional workouts. As a result, people experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness, and burn carbohydrates and fat more efficiently—as much as 1,000 calories per hour!
TRX – Requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises for both cardio and strength training.
Step Aerobics – Step is a workout consisting of a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, platform, and is often combined with body sculpting and plyometrics. Step increases your cardio capabilities while shaping up your lower body.
Total Body Conditioning – A combination of weight training and cardio exercises to create a full body fat burning and muscle building workout.
