I am a certified fitness professional who teaches Group Classes, and I help others achieve their goals privately via live Personal Training and Online Coaching. I don’t speak in terms of skinny or fat. Instead I aim to get you fit, healthy, and toned while we work on getting rid of the unhealthy habits in our lives.
I had been of average weight (140-145 pounds) most of my young life. However, that changed and by the time I was 32, I was an 232 pounds. I was miserable, so I started working out 2-3 hours each day. I lost a lot of weight, but there was no way to maintain such a crazy schedule and I gained it all back.

Eventually, I discovered HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. These workouts are performed for only 15-30 minutes per day, 6-7 days per week. The weight started coming off faster. Once I changed over to a Paleo lifestyle, everything clicked. In 18 months I dropped 80 pounds, going from a size 1X to a size 8. All of a sudden I had a new life, and I wanted share it.
In January 2015, I broke my back – literally. I herniated my L4-5 vertebrae and thought my life was over. The pain and limited mobility killed me. After a year and a half, I gained 50 pounds and I was not where I wanted to be. But then, I decided to get my Orthopedic Exercise Specialist certification and learned how to treat my body – what to do, how to do it, and when to do it – in order to get back to fighting condition again. And that is where I am today, getting stronger and losing the weight again. And now I am helping others with special conditions get back their lives too.
