Hey dudes and dudettes! Welcome back to the weekly workout!
Wee are using kettlebells today, but you can use dumbbells as well. Any weights will work.
We are using our favorite layout: 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Move through all of the exercises until you have finished the set. Give yourself a 30-second break between rounds.
We are completing 4 rounds for a total of 25.5 minutes.
