Hey guys! Welcome back to our weekly workout!
This time we are back to using kettlebells, but you can use dumbbells as well. And today it’s all about burning out our legs!
- Reverse Lunge Push Out – R (while holding the kettlebell with both hands chest high, push it out as you move back to your Lunge)
- Reverse Lunge Push Out – L
- Kettlebell Swings
- Squat and Press – R
- Squat and Press – L
- Lunge Knee Lift – R (while holding the kettlebell chest high, step back into a Lunge then bring your knee in repeatedly)
- Lunge Knee Lift – L
Format: 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Move through all of the exercises until you have finished the set. Give yourself a 30-second break between rounds.
We are completing 4 rounds for a total of 29.5 minutes.
