2017 Workout Of the Week 9

A new type of workout this week using a stability ball. This will be challenging, but fun. Sometimes you just need to switch up the tools in order to ease workout boredom. You can do this alone, or with friends, and requires nothing but the ball, so its great for the outdoors as well.

Time to go get it!

Now, the point of this workout is to complete 100 reps of each exercise (instructional links below).

You will complete 10 of each until you finish the set and take a 60 second rest, until you start again. Do at least 3 sets, up to 5 sets, depending on your fitness level.

So set up a timer and see how quickly you can finish this workout!
