2017 Workout Of the Week #7

I have a confession to make: I’m completely burnt out, both physically and mentally.

I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in a while, therefore I have lost all motivation to do anything.

But I still have to work, so here is your workout for the week. Check it out!!!

For the Single Leg Knee-Ins  you will stand on one leg, slightly bent at the waste, with the other leg extended all the way behind you. With or without a weight, extend your arms slightly above your head, arms perfectly straight. To do the move bring your knee up as you bring the arms down so they meet, then retreat to prior position. Repeat.

Format: 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Move through all of the exercises until you have finished the set. Give yourself a 30-second break between rounds.

We are completing 4 rounds for a total of 25.5 minutes.

That’s it! I hope you are  ll doing better than I am on the motivation front. I need more sleep. Zzzzzzzz….
