2017 Workout of the Week #6

Goooood morning! I hope you are ready to conquer the world today! 

It’s the first day of March, and by now, most of the New Year’s Resolution people have fallen off the radar and it is the only committed who are still fighting it out at the gym. If you are one of those struggling, now is a great time to reimagine your goals and get back to basics. 

I am here with another Kettlebell routine that is lower body focused. Your quads and glutes will thank you. Let’s get on it! 💪

  1. Rear Lunge Knee Lift w/Press (right)
  2. Rear Lunge Knee Lift w/Press (left)
  3. Football Shuffle Burpee
  4. V-up Hold
  5. Deep Squat Rows (right)
  6. Deep Squat Rows (left)

Format: 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Move through all of the exercises until you have finished the set. Give yourself a 30-second break between rounds.

We are completing 4 rounds for a total of 25.5 minutes. If you need a shorter workout, just do 3 rounds.
