Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.- Peter Drucker

Now that the year is coming to a close, have you had the opportunity to reflect on 2014 and what effect it has left on your life going into 2015?

What went well?

What didn’t?

Did you have to let some people go from your life?

Did you meet some new ones that had a positive affect on your life?

Now it’s time to think about the future. What will you do to better your life in 2015?

Take this opportunity, if you haven’t already, to write out your goals for the next 12 months. Make a plan. Execute said plan. Then, in a year, see how much better off you will be.

But most importantly, don’t go into the new year with the same old problems, the same concerns. Move forward. Always move forward. Being stagnant leads to death. And I doubt any of us are ready to stop living quite yet.

Question: Where or when do you find inspiration to pause for reflection?
