Workout of the Week

Hey guys!

I’m sorry I missed last week. I had a TERRIBLE week and had no desire to post (or even do) a workout. But here I am, back with a whole new routine for you. There is no video this time though. After running the Philadelphia Half Marathon on Sunday, there was no way I was doing this workout on video so you could all see how sore my quads were and laugh. No indeed. But it’s a very simple pre-Thanksgiving routine that will get your heart pumping and muscles burning, but requires no equipment. Are you ready?

Pre-Turkey Workout Routine

  • 1 minute of jumping jacks
  • 1 minute of high knees
  • 1 minute of jump squats


  • 15 push ups
  • 20 dual leg raises
  • 25 squats

Repeat for at least 3 rounds for beginner, 4 rounds for intermediate, and 5 rounds for advanced.

It may sound incredibly easy, but lets see how you feel after just 1 round.
