Good Morning and Happy Monday!!!
Even though the Philly Half Marathon is 20 days away, this week starts triathlon pre-training. Pre-training is what you do before your actual training program starts. Officially, my triathlon training program doesn’t start till November 30th, but starting this now will get my body accustomed to the workouts it will be putting in day in and day out.
This week consists of one swim, one bike, two weight lifting sessions, and four 25-minute Evolve workouts. And that’s on top of teaching 9 fitness classes.
Yup, no rest for the wicked! And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
