Workout of the Week

This week’s workout is a combination of strength training and cardio while using  the sandbag. Ya’ll should know by now that the sandbag is one of my top 3 exercise tools.

Because we are using the sandbag, I adjusted the interval time to 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. You will repeat the circuit 3 times for a total of 18 minutes.

  • Squat Thrust into Bent Over Row
  • 8 x Mountain Climbers into 2x Push Up
  • 4 x Squat Jacks into 2 x Overhead Press
  • 4 x Plank Jack into 4x Bicep Curl
  • Squat Jump into Woodchop
  • Overhead Bicycle Crunch
