Workout of the Week

This is going to be a very simple (note: not easy) workout this week. Cardio and strength. No equipment needed other than your body.

Run 5 minutes at race pace.

Drop and give me:

  • 10 pushups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 v-ups

Run 5 more minutes

Drop and give me:

  • 15 pushups
  • 15 squats
  • 15 v-ups

Run 5 more minutes

Drop and give me:

  • 20 pushups
  • 20 squats
  • 20 v-ups

Run 5 more minutes

Drop and give me:

  • 25 pushups
  • 25 squats
  • 25 v-ups

This workout should take between 30-35 minutes.
