Let’s kick the $%&* out of something today!! I used the heavy bag yesterday, but you don’t need a bag for this workout. If you do use a bag, make sure to use boxing gloves, or your hands will be in all sorts of pain afterward.

- Double Jab
- Roundhouse (Right Foot)
- Double Hook, Double Uppercut
- Roundhouse (Left Foot)
- Right Cross, Right Side Kick
- Squat and front jab (alternate sides)
- Left Cross, Left Side Kick
Repeat this circuit 4 times for a total of 28 minutes.
