Workout of the Week # 34

Workout of the Week

Let’s kick the $%&* out of something today!! I used the heavy bag yesterday, but you don’t need a bag for this workout. If you do use a bag, make sure to use boxing gloves, or your hands will be in all sorts of pain afterward.

45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest.

  1. Double Jab
  2. Roundhouse (Right Foot)
  3. Double Hook, Double Uppercut
  4. Roundhouse (Left Foot)
  5. Right Cross, Right Side Kick
  6. Squat and front jab (alternate sides)
  7. Left Cross, Left Side Kick

Repeat this circuit 4 times for a total of 28 minutes.

    Perfect timing, looks like a great bag workout! Must try it. I just recently walked my bag outta the corner and have been punching and kicking lately too! Great minds think alike, no better way to torch some calories! Autumn

    I’ve never done a bag workout before, but I think I could get down with this workout! My kickboxing instructor is super hardcore, but sometimes we do so many steps in a series that it gets confusing.I’m going to give your workout a whack! Thanks for sharing! #wowlinkup
