Workout of the Week # 32

Workout of the Week

This is another workout you can do anywhere. All you will need is a heavy weight or a sandbag (for the bridge raises). As usual it’s 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. This is a 28-minute workout so repeat this circuit 4 times.

  1. high knees
  2. double squat pulses
  3. push up jacks
  4. squat jacks
  5. weighted bridge raises
  6. plank burpees
  7. starfish crunches

Push your hardest and get stronger with every workout!

    every time I see variations of push ups I’m just like “damnit I can barely do one normal one!” haha. eventually I’ll be able to do the push up jack 😉
