Workout of the Week # 30

Workout of the Week

This Workout of the Week is a Push Up Challenge so it’s going to strengthen your chest, arms, shoulders, and core. As usual, we don’t need any tools for this workout other than maybe a mat. This workout can be done anywhere and that’s how I like it. No excuses.

You will do each exercise for a 10 count before moving on to the next one. Do as many rounds as possible for 20 minutes.

  1. Push Ups
  2. Mountain Climbers
  3. Push Ups
  4. Ski Abs
  5. Push Ups
  6. Superman Plank
  7. Push Ups
  8. Reverse Plank Leg Raises

By the end, your shoulders are probably gonna feel like mush. Make sure you stretch for 5-8 minutes after this routine to keep your muscles from seizing up.

    This is a great workout! My fave workout from the week was the Braves Country 5K I ran on Saturday. It was beautiful weather and I got to run through the baseball stadium. #wowlinkup
