Workout of the Week

This Workout of the Week is a full body strength and cardio workout that is going to touch every muscle in your body. For this workout you will need a set of weights.

50 seconds work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat each section 2 times before moving on to the next one = 32 minutes.


  1. Plank Walk Outs
  2. Plank Rotation (r)
  3. Plank Rotation (l)
  4. Prisoner Get Ups

Upper Body

  1. Lateral Raise
  2. Tricep Kickbacks
  3. Shoulder Press
  4. Push Ups

Lower Body

  1. Lying Side Leg Pulse (r)
  2. Lying Side Leg Pulse (l)
  3. Plie Squat Hold
  4. Jump Lunges


  1. Mountain Climbers
  2. Ski Abs
  3. Burpees
  4. High Knees

You should feel terrific after this workout, not only did you do cardio, but body weight training too.
