Quick Quads HIIT Workout
50 seconds work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for 2 rounds = 21 minutes.
- Squat Jacks
- Walking Push Ups
- Ski Jumps
- Elbow or Hand Plank
- Squat Hold
- Overhead Tricep Extension
- Frog Jumps
By the time you are done, your legs should feel like jelly!
