2/24 Week in Review

Prior to Saturday’s HIIT workout

Last week I got to working out with weights again and I loved it.

  • Monday – Rest Day
  • Tuesday – Upper Body
  • Wednesday – Leg Day
  • Thursday – Upper Body
  • Friday – Leg Day
  • Saturday – HIIT
  • Sunday – Run/HIIT

This week, it’s more of the same, except I have 2 Arms/shoulders days, 2 leg days, and 1 abs/back day. BRING ON THE PAIN!!!
