  • 30 Side Lunges
  • 30 Squats
  • 60 Bicep Curls
  • 60 Shoulder Presses
  • 60 Bent Over Rows
  • 30 High Rows
  • 60 Side Bends
  • 60 Rear Leg Lifts
  • 60 Side Leg Lifts
  • 60 Side Lying Leg Lifts
  • 60 Single Leg Hip Raises
  • 30 Push Ups
