Workout of the Week # 18

Workout of the Week

This weeks workout is an easy (ha-ha) one that requires no equipment – just your body and the will to complete it.

Nothing complex here: just do 10 reps of each exercise and complete the circuit 10 times for a total of 100 reps each. Got it? Good! Now go get it!

  1. Burpees
  2. Squats
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Crunches
  5. Star Jumps
  6. Push Ups
  7. Squat Jumps
  8. Lunges
  9. Touchdowns
  10. Spider Push Ups

Keep a record of how long this workout takes you to complete. Then, in a month, try it again. I bet you’ll get faster if you keep working at it.

      Hi Whitney!

      I did it in about 30 minutes. It is intense, but I try not to workout for more than 30 minutes per day, so the intensity needs to be up there, ya know?
