Workout of the Week

This week’s workout is a typical HIIT workout: 45 seconds work with 15 seconds of rest. Each round is 8 minutes long.

  1. Half Burpees
  2. Run in Place
  3. Jumping Jacks
  4. High Knees
  5. Star Jumps
  6. Mountain Climbers
  7. Tuck Jumps
  8. Burpees

Rest for 60 seconds and then do this circuit at least one more time. If you are really bad ass, try it a third time.
