Workout of the Week

HIIT Workouts are BACK!!! This one is combining cardio and weights for a terrific workout that will burn fat and build muscle.

45 seconds work, 15 seconds of rest.

  1. High Knees
  2. Lunge Twist w/weights
  3. Star Jumps
  4. Push Ups
  5. Mountain Climbers
  6. Squat and Press w/weights
  7. V-ups
  8. Wood Chops w/weights (Left)
  9. Oblique V-ups (Left)
  10. Jump Rope
  11. Wood Chops w/weights (Right)
  12. Oblique V-ups (Right)
  13. Squat Jumps
  14. Glute Bridge
  15. Touch Downs

Do it once for 15 minutes, or give yourself a 1-minute break and do it again for a total of 30 minutes.
