Workout of the Week

Hey guys! Here’s a workout I’ve been doing a lot lately in order to build muscle. For those of you afraid of weight lifting because of becoming “bulky”, I must tell you, muscle burns fat long after you have finished your workout. Cardio can only get you so far. Want to tighten those troubled areas, stop being afraid of weights and get your heavy lifting on!

  1. Barbell Squats
  2. Barbell Deadlift
  3. Barbell Bench Press
  4. Assisted Pull-Ups
  5. Bench Press
  6. Lat Pulldown
  7. Close Grip Lat Pulldown
  8. Dumbbell Bicep Curl

Try 2 sets of 4-6 reps, at 90% of your 1 rep max.
