Today’s Workout of the Week is brought to you by HIIT! Get on it or get lost!

45 seconds work – 15 seconds rest

  1. Burpees
  2. Russian Twists
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Lying Alternating Arm to Leg
  5. Weighted Touchdowns
  6. Bridge Press Ups
  7. Weights Squat Jumps
  8. Ball Crunches
  9. Push ups

Do this circuit twice for a total of 18 minutes and your workout is done!

How is that for quick and excuse-free???
