Workout of the Week

Below is a high on intensity, but short on time workout. If you are not sure how to do certain exercises, you can find detailed videos on YouTube.

Set the timer and do:

  1. 10 burpees
  2. 20 frog jumps
  3. 30 touchdowns
  4. 40 high knees
  5. 50 jumping Jacks

Rest for 60 seconds, then repeat. Do this circuit 5 times. Then stop the clock and record your time.
