Workout of the Week # 10

Workout of the Week

This is a short upper body workout that you will need to do, in part, at the gym. If you are not sure on how to do these specific exercises, you can find detailed videos on YouTube.

3 sets of each exercise:
5 assisted pull ups (70lbs)
5 assisted dips (70lbs)
12 wide grip lat pull downs (55lbs)
12 close grip lat pull downs (55lbs)
12 push ups
12 alternating plank reaches
30-second mountain climbers
30-second elbow planks

1-mile run

Use whatever weight you are comfortable with, just make sure that it challenges you and that you can do these exercises safely.
