Fit For A Cause

Many people who start exercising do so for a cause. And when you think about it, what better way to get started living a new life? I’ve done my share of running for a cause: AIDS, Cancer, and Marriage Equality. The 2 best things about this: first off, there is no competition. Most people are there to support family members and friends. Secondly, money and awareness is raised. So if you get the opportunity to participate in one of these events, I urge you to do so. You will not regret it.
