Workout of the Week

Today we are challenging ourselves with some basic exercises to get your weekend going strong. You don’t have to finish this all at one time. If you are new to working out, it’s probably best to split this workout into 4-5 sessions throughout your day.

100 jumping jacks

100 push-ups

100 squat jumps

100 crunches

100 high kicks

100 squats

100 burpees

100 lunges
