10 seconds rest/ 50 seconds work
- sit up push press (use a kettlebell or medicine ball)
- push ups
- weighted oblique crunches (use a kettlebell or medicine ball)
- side plank (l)
- toe touch abs
- side plank (r)
Repeat circuit 3 times for a total of 18 minutes.
