Workout of the Week

This is a very hard core workout. If you are not sure on how to do these specific exercises, you can find detailed videos on YouTube.

10 seconds rest/ 50 seconds work

  • sit up push press (use a kettlebell or medicine ball)
  • push ups
  • weighted oblique crunches (use a kettlebell or medicine ball)
  • side plank (l)
  • toe touch abs
  • side plank (r)

Repeat circuit 3 times for a total of 18 minutes.
