Workout of the Week # 5

Workout of the Week

This is a KILLER full body Crossfit workout that uses dumbbells and Kettlebells. If you don’t have a Kettlebell, you can use a dumbbell in it’s place. Again, you you are not sure on how to do these specific exercises, you can find detailed videos on YouTube, so go after it!

·       25x Burpee broad jumps

·       25x Push ups

·       25x Squats

·       25x Dumbbell renegade rows

·       25x KB swings

·       25x Jump squats

·       25x KB snatch

·       25x Sit-ups

·       25x Push-ups

·       25x Burpee broad jumps

Depending on how fit you are, this will take you between 10 and 15 minutes. Do one circuit. Stretch. Then do it all again.  You should be dead tired after this. If not, you aren’t doing it right.
