Workout of the Week

There are times when you really want to kill it. I mean, really go after it and destroy those fat cells, build those muscles, and truly give. it. your. all! That’s what this workout is going to do. At the end of it, you should truly be knackered. No equipment needed – just your timer and some water.

It’s easy to follow and will make your entire body work. Are you ready? Let’s go!

This one is an 30-minute circuit. 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds work.

  • Burpees
  • Reverse crunches
  • Squat jumps
  • Push ups
  • High knees
  • Tricep dips
  • Mountain climbers
  • Side plank hip raises (right)
  • Box jumps
  • Side plank hip raises (left)

Repeat this circuit of 10 exercises 3 times for a total of 30 minutes.

Ok. So how are you feeling? At this point, don’t forget to take 5-10 minutes and stretch thoroughly. Next Friday will be another workout that’s gonna break the bank!
