Workout of the Week

The sexiest part of the body, besides the eyes (ya know, window to the soul and all), are the arms. A guy with hard biceps just turns me on. I mean, wouldn’t you love someone that can throw you over into a fireman carry and…wait, let’s not go there.

Anyway, below is a simple workout that will get your arms, shoulders, and back working. Remember, form is key. Don’t try to race through it.

This one is an 18-minute circuit. 10 seconds rest, 50 seconds work.

  • Elevated Push-Ups
  • Bicep Curls
  • Shoulder Press
  • Tricep Dips
  • Dead Row
  • Hammer Curls

Repeat this circuit of 6 exercises 3 times for a total of 18 minutes.

Next Friday I will be featuring a full-body workout that is GOING TO KILL YOU. But in a good way. *wink*
