Workout of the Week

Here it is. Your first workout from me. This is for the newbies and those who may have fallen off the wagon with their workouts. It’s a quick 15-minute circuit. And for those who have no idea how to do these exercises properly you can visit YouTube and type in each exercise. There will be many videos on how to perform each exercise correctly.

10 seconds rest, 20 seconds work.

  1. Squats
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. Left Leg Lunges
  4. High Knees
  5. Right Leg Lunges
  6. Burpees

Repeat this circuit of 6 exercises 5 times for a total of 15 minutes.

Heh! And you said you don’t have time to workout.
